Taking a moment to appreciate this boy. He'll be 2 years old in a matter of weeks. My motherly heart aches for his babyhood to return, for just one last squishy, can't-run-away-from-me cuddle. But it also bursts with pride for the boy he's rapidly becoming.
And would you just look at those eyelashes - he's going to be a heart breaker. And I know I'll be the overbearing mother-in-law.
