On Friday, we woke to wish John a Happy Birthday. On Friday, my biggest little turned two. So on Sunday we invited family & friends to come celebrate with us. Having people in our house makes me realise how small it actually is, especially now that all our biggest babies are now toddlers, who not only take up a little more room but also like to spread themselves & their belongings across the floor too! But the lack of space was still enough to fill too the brim with activity & excitement. Laughter, smiles, talking babbling & even the odd cry...
Then there's cake. Everybody loves cake! Even 2 year old's love cake - maybe because it's sweet or perhaps because it's rainbow coloured. Either way, they could barely wait to pinch the first slice.
