His size certainly isn't holding him back however. Already he can roll from his front-onto-back and he's not far from mastering the back-onto-front roll either. There's been a couple of occasions when I've left him on his back and come through to find him giggling and babbling away, whilst lying on his tummy - usually when he's meant to be asleep!
Babbling is one thing but the screeching, shouting and general noise that comes from this boy is insane! Never have I heard such a noisy baby. There's times I've assumed he's crying but in actual fact he's just shouting about something important (I assume, given his passion in the matter), with his big goofy grin across his chubby little face. Drool & bubbles are often part of the equation, also!

Bless him! Amy is only just a week or so older & she's nowhere near rolling - probably cos she just doesn't get the floor time with her older siblings stomping around!
ReplyDeleteWe only really managed floor time on John's nursery days, otherwise the risk of being squished with a scooter is a very real possibility!
Delete4 months already! That second picture is so cute, such a sweet little smile :) x
ReplyDeleteI know, right? Time just seems to speed past when kids are involved.
