Sleep #2.

Following on from my first post on sleep, here's the first infographic from the results of the Kiddicare Sleep Diaries. Pregnancy was an awful time for me in regards to sleep. First, there was the Hyperemesis Gravidarum, then the SPD, a baby wanting to party at 2am, and of course the constant need to pee. It's quite frankly hilarious that you're advised to rest during pregnancy, yet sleep is so far from possible that you laugh & cry simultaneously from just being deliriously tried 99% of the time (that & a little bit of hormones to blame too). But I must say, these are some great tips for getting some much needed sleep, particularly when it's 3am and you've already meticulously planned the murder of your other half for being able to dose off so easily & then smugly snoring beside you...even if you do end up being woken by a swift kick in the bladder right as you doze off.
