When I was pregnant with John & shopping for all things baby, a friend of mine said our chosen buggy was like the iPhone of pushchairs - "top of the range, does everything you could want (& more) and extremely stylish". I did so much research on various baby products, wanting the best quality, design & above all, the one that did the job best. As a result, we've very few things we've purchased that we regret.
We're at the stage now where we want to introduce David to using a sippy cup. I've numerous different kinds of cups stacked up into our cupboards, having done it all before with John, but there's none that I really loved. So when the lovely people at OXO Tot got in touch and asked if David would like to try out their Sippy Cup with Handles, I was psyched.

Then there's the lid with a removal valve in the spout; the valve is great when starting out with using the sippy cup, particularly in reducing mess, but following the advice of our Childsmile Nurse we tend not to use it. That being said, it's certainly helpful & does what it's intended to.
Possibly my favourite part of the OXO Tot Sippy Cup with Handles however has to be the dimple in the lid, designed to stop wee noses getting squashed! (Seriously, absolute genius!).
Plus the cup itself is marked in both ounces & millilitres so you can fill it using your preferred units. The fact it has a clear cup is also a bonus in itself - we've already so many sippy cups in array of colours that aren't at all practical as you can't actually see what's in it due to the colour of the cup. So thumbs up for keeping it clear & simple.
And if they hadn't thought of it all already, the OXO Tot sippy cup is also compatible with other products in the OXO Tot cup range, meaning when you move onto the Training Cup you can still use the original sippy cup with the other lids too. The only thing I feel this cup is missing is some sort of top - due to not having this, it makes it a little awkward for travelling.
Genuinely, I absolutely love this cup and David got on with it amazingly. I remember with John struggling to get him to take a cup and buying numerous different ones as a result. David however has easily taken to the OXO Tot Sippy Cup and loves having it there whilst he tucks into his meals & snacks. At £7.66 (John Lewis), it is a bit more expensive compared to other sippy cups on the market but save yourself the bother & expensive of buying numerous inferior cups and go straight to OXO Tot - you won't regret it (& you'll also save yourself some cupboard space!).

**We were sent this sippy cup for the purpose of this review. All thoughts & opinions are our own.**
