On Christmas morning, after opening our presents from Santa as a family, Iain asked me to marry him. Nearly seven years & two kids later, we've finally gone from boyfriend & girlfriend to fiancé. Now, bets on how long the engagemt will be? 10...15...years...? I kid!
My ring is a beautiful rose gold band with a opal & two wee diamonds. Opal because they're my favourite (I wear opal ear plugs daily) & it's also Iain's birthstone. He got it spot on, apart from the size, as its a little too big - nothing that a bit of resizing won't fix though!
It won't actually be anytime soon for the big day but until then, I will be pinning wedding inspiration over on Pinterest until my hearts content!
