Living Arrows 19/52.

His imagination is developing. It's fascinating to watch. From making engine & siren noises as he plays with his cars, too creating invisible roads that cross the coffee table, climb the walls & jump to the TV.

He disappears to his room and I can hear him play, building houses from Duplo, complete with a fenced garden for the dog. And the recent obsession with insects includes pretending that the top off tomatoes are spiders, blowing them across the floor to chase after. I can't wait to see where his imagination leads him next.

  1. He's gorgeous. I can't wait for my boy to play and be imaginative. He already picks up my phone and pretends someone is talking to him. Children's imaginations are such a special thing aren't they :) #LivingArrows

    1. John loves to pretend he's on the phone too! Except now when someone is on the phone he gets confused by not being able to see them as he's gotten so used to FaceTime. xo

  2. We are currently seeing Luca's imagination develop a bit more quickly now and it's such a magical and wonderful thing to witness. Gorgeous picture of him clearly lost in his own little world and having fun. #livingarrows

  3. Awww he's so handsome Amy. Riley's at the same stage, it's wonderful when they're imagination starts working isn't it? He can't push a car around without a 'nee naw' siren or a train without a 'choo choo'. xxx

    1. Everything is a track for cars now! One of his absolute favourite 'tracks' is the shop windows as we walk along the High Street. xo

    1. We do get the tongue out too from time-to-time but that's usually on crafty activities! Painting always equals tongue-out concentration.
